Delivery & Refund Policy

How we deliver and how we handle issues

Delivery

  • We deliver locally across Agorha. Serviceable pincodes: 125047. You can check delivery for your pincode on any product page or at checkout.
  • Same-day delivery on orders placed before 4 PM. Orders after the cutoff are delivered the next day.
  • Delivery charge is ₹40. Free delivery on orders above ₹499.
  • You can choose a preferred delivery time slot at checkout. We'll do our best to honour it.

Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay by cash or UPI when your order arrives.
  • An account is required to place an order, so you can track it and reorder easily.

Cancellations

  • Since our sweets are made fresh to order, please request any cancellation as early as possible by calling or WhatsApp-ing us. Orders already prepared or out for delivery may not be cancellable.

Returns & Refunds

  • As sweets and namkeen are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once delivered.
  • Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is a genuine quality issue — wrong item, damaged in transit, or a freshness problem — contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Approved refunds (for prepaid orders, where applicable) are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
